Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence to request a resolution.
