Yes. Every batch is third-party tested by an independent lab for identity, purity (HPLC), and mass (MS). COAs are accessible from your order page and the product detail page.

How should I store peptides before and after reconstitution?

Accepted Answer

Lyophilized vials should be stored at 2–8°C for short term, or -20°C for long-term storage, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days for best stability.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Standard shipping arrives in 5–7 business days; expedited shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed once the label is created.

Do you include bacteriostatic water?

Accepted Answer

Bacteriostatic water is sold separately and can be added to your cart. It is the recommended diluent for reconstituting lyophilized research peptides.

How do I reconstitute a peptide vial?

Slowly inject bacteriostatic water down the side of the vial, swirl gently (do not shake), and allow to fully dissolve at room temperature. Our reconstitution calculator on the Research Help page walks through the math for every vial size.

What is your refund and replacement policy?

If a vial arrives damaged or fails QC, contact support@marucorelabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order code. We replace or refund verified issues. Opened or reconstituted vials are not eligible for refund.
