Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping: $9.99 — typically 3–7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: $19.99 — typically 1–3 business days.
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Maru Core Labs is not liable for carrier delays.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. All packages are sent discreetly with plain exterior labeling that does not identify the contents.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. For visibly damaged shipments, email photos of the package and contents to info@marucorelabs.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or carrier claim.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the buyer. Address changes after shipment may incur reshipment fees.
